Your personal information is stored and accessed by our Association Committee members & only for the purposes set out above. The data is sored on the Associations computer and only the Chairman, Vice Chairman and administrator have access.

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with membership services. Unless you ask us not to, we will review and delete your personal information where you have not renewed your membership with us for 10 years.

We may share your personal information with trusted third parties, such as event organisers or service providers, to assist with club activities. However, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes.
